Zero stars - My father was leaving an appointment at this practice back in February and his car battery was dead. He came in to ask if he could use the phone and the staff was so rude to him and would not let him even call for assistance, in subzero temperatures. He was scheduled to have a procedure at the end of the month with required labs issued by Agard's office. The results were returned to Agard's office but they neglected to make contact with my father about cancelling his procedure. When I went into the office today ... read more
Discriminatory services, overcharging, poor communications. Phone calls never get answered. They charge you when you call to request a refill. They do not respond to the pharmacist when a request for refill is sent. Their billing is dependent on color. Follow up never ever happens. So many staff sitting there and very little getting done. Staff are on their phones viewing personal issues while patients are queued up at the office. I do not recommend them.
