Renae made the process of moving my father-in-law into a senior living community very stress free. The anslysis that was done in determining the best list price for the home was very thorough and explained in detail in a personal meeting using a nicely printed report with color graphs and very detailed information with clear summary arriving at a price that was realistic to sell the house quickly at a fair price.
