The anslysis that was done in determining the best list price for the home was very thorough and explained in detail in a personal meeting using a nicely printed report with color graphs and very detailed information with clear summary arriving at a price that was realistic to sell the house quickly at a fair price. I can't say enough good things about Renea. As a first time buyer, the process was completely foreign to me, but Renea helped me the whole way through. She was prompt and very knowledgable.
