Renae was great to work with. She organized and managed the processes we needed. As we were all remote, it was great to have Renae handling the processes and cooperating vendors locally to prepare the property for viewing and sale. She was always responsive when we had questions. Renae developed a good and trusted repour with our mother guiding her through the process of selling her home.
Renae has the gift of connection and she eases people into a group effortlessly. Her warm smile and heartfelt embrace easily puts any anxiety to rest. And as always, her attention to detail is spectacular. Once again I had a terrific time at an event hosted by Renae.

Renae provided above and beyond service in the recent sale of an estate-sale home. The home, well-built and in a nice neighborhood, had been neglected inside and out, and needed deep cleaning. She brought in house cleaners and grounds cleanup, and then staged it – it was a totally different looking house. At the last minute it was found the septic had not been pumped (30 yr old system) and was deteriorated. Man it was such a blast having Ms Renae put on the contest for the super bowl party. She has always been a great friend and a person i have enjoyed working with and to have her food again was the icing on the cake. Then on top of it to have her give advice on who to talk to for help with some financial things in order to get ready for our first home purchase in the future.
