Renae provided above and beyond service in the recent sale of an estate-sale home. The home, well-built and in a nice neighborhood, had been neglected inside and out, and needed deep cleaning. She brought in house cleaners and grounds cleanup, and then staged it – it was a totally different looking house. At the last minute it was found the septic had not been pumped (30 yr old system) and was deteriorated.
