Wonderful ministry helping women and families
So thankful for this place of love and grace!
I love Agape! I love all the classes and resources! From childbirth classes to breastfeeding and parenting. It’s amazing. And the fact that everyone cares about you and your child is amazing! I love how with each class you can also get baby things too! Seriously the best!
If Agape simply stated it was a Christian resource center for pregnant women, offering prenatal classes, Bible study, prenatal counseling—fine, there would probably not be any negative reviews. However, Agape positions itself as also a crisis resource center, and does not clearly state it does not provide nor believe in abortion services. The “not recommend” comes from Agape not being completely truthful to the consumer.
They spread misinformation in the community and lie to women at a time when they are feeling most vulnerable.
This is not a pregnancy resource center, it is a ministry. Agape wants you to do what they feel is best for you dictated by their personal religion. If you are seeking fair, truthful, and honest counseling on the options available to you for managing a pregnancy, then I beg of you to please do not seek assistance from Agape.
