Our family selected to try Agape this year, for help with my Grandmother who recently moved from assisted living to more managed care. Agape sold themselves very well, telling us everything we wanted to hear. How they would help us communicate with the nursing facility and staff, and how their on staff nurses would come in and help us with modifying medications and deciding what care would be most beneficial, as her needs were changing and we were struggling with communicating with the doctor at the nursing facility.
