台前服务态度很差，打电话去问她东西她连查都没有查就说不知道，你还没把话说完她就把电话挂了，这到底是什么情况啊，以后再也不去了，连带身边的朋友都叫他们不要去这家了，每次去那里都要在预约的时间上等上快两个小时的时间，还这样的态度，气死人了.
they called me change my appointment from 1pm moved to 12.30pm , i said ok . Then i got there 12.15pm, about 12.20pm ,they put me on the waiting room , i have been waiting in the room more than an hour , then moved to another room ,keep xxxx waiting . total waiting almost 2 hours then start the eyes exam. 约了时间是1点 他们改了我的预约叫我12.30到 然后等待了快2个小时才开始验眼睛，垃圾安排
Do not use her as your doctor and keep your elderly parents and grandparents away from her predatory office. She yells and berates patients during appointments and tries to push unwanted procedures onto patients. I spoke to other patients and they had similar experiences of her yelling at them during visits and being hostile. She targets elderly people and tries to manipulate the vulnerable into unnecessary visits and procedures.
