This vendor was chosen by my new apartment managers when my air when out. I received a call at 7P on 5/31/24 from a number that said “Wireless caller.” I missed the call. The caller left no voice message which shocked me. A very Unprofessional business practice as they were hired to provide a service. honest, knowledgeable and on time
Great experience! I received a call back immediately after leaving a message with Jose. We texted back and forth about the service call when I had to leave home for a while. No problem. As soon as I returned home and texted Jose, he contacted Isaac who called me shortly after my text. Isaac was friendly, diagnosed my problem and quickly fixed it. He evened borrowed my broom and dustpan to clean up
