I had been operated on twice on my back by another surgeon, was in severe pain and basically disabled, I couldn't go for a short walk because my legs would give and I would even fall sometimes and constantly ached. I was referred to Dr. Agabegi and he immediately diagnosed me and did a 5 hour back surgery on me which gave my legs back and 3 months later I was walking 2 miles up to four times a week without pain.I had an excellent experience, he is kind and gave me my life back. Highly recommend
Dr. Agabegis' attempt of back surgery for my spinal stenosis did nothing to relieve my pain. I made several appointments afterwards telling him I still was in 24 hour discomfort as before the surgery but he didn't seem to know what to say nor did he seem to really care. No bedside manner what so ever. No call backs of concern checking on my pain levels. In good conscience I hate to say that I would not recommend this physician for any types of surgery...
I am considering finding a new Dr. ......Dr. Agabegi kept me waiting for 2 hrs to see him and I felt like he didn't even want to listen to what was saying was the problem.
He was awful. His ego was too big to admit that he didn't know anything. Then he started trying to diagnose mental issues. Also he lacks people skills.
Waited an hour and a half during an overbooked appointment time. He spent less than 5 minutes in the room and left before I had even finished asking all my questions. I have to wonder if the Doctor needs another person in the office to help. Additionally, while trying to schedule a follow up procedure, I received no end of grief from one rude receptionist and got transferred 6-7 times to finally talk to someone who knew what was goin on. I'm sorry, I had a terrible experience here.
First, this is the only bad experience I have had at UC Health. I waited almost an hour for less than 10 minute interaction and felt quite rushed the whole time. I was really hoping for more of an explanation as to what I was experiencing and why. We never even got close to that. He was clearly at least overbooked if not double booked as evidenced by the number of patients that came in to see him while I was still waiting. I haven't felt so rushed in a long time. Not a good experience.
Explains issues in a clear understandable manner. Is very patient with all of my questions, and answers in a manner that is easy to understand.
