Worst people ever! Everyone that works here has a bad attitude and are never helpful. They charged us a late fee on our rent because of a technical issue on their side. The worst person there: the owner. She’s not helpful at all and was very snarky when I addressed the issue.
Denied a Disabled Vet a place to live because of misinformation they preferred to rely on instead.
We had to do all of our planning and forms from out of state so we could have a place to live when we arrived in Lubbock. Every email we sent with questions was answered promptly. We couldn't be happier with our apartment or the outstanding customer service we have received. Thank you for making our transition to Lubbock a pleasant one
I'd highly recommend AG Rentals if you are looking to get ripped off after you move out! Fear not outstanding tenants, you are not exempt from their horrible customer service and our right lies. If you are new to Lubbock and want a great place to live. KEEP LOOKING. #BBBLubbock please take note.
I've been a resident close to ten years and that says a lot.
The property Yorkshire Village is so gorgeous! The floor plan is very spacious. The backyards are huge especially for it being an apartment. I also love that they don't have breed restrictions! Everyone I have dealt with in the office has always been nice! I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
I've read your page with some prayer i would love to be a resident but i have an extensive history good and bad.. But I'm going to leave in gods hands
