Parts department team is simply, one of the very best
So very disappointed with the service. Brought my tractor in for a recall on Thursday and requested they also do oil change and maintenance required. The tractor sat for a week without being touched and when I called to check on it they said they would start working on it. They never called back or informed us of progress. Called back and they told me the recall had been done and not the service. They had the tractor over a week without no communication on their part and didn’t do the service that was requested.
