So very disappointed with the service. Brought my tractor in for a recall on Thursday and requested they also do oil change and maintenance required. The tractor sat for a week without being touched and when I called to check on it they said they would start working on it. They never called back or informed us of progress. I couldn't ask for a nicer man. Jim helped me more then he had to. Went above and beyond to help me. Jim deserve recognition for the job he does for this company.
