I bent the heck out of the blade on my mower and was worried I damaged the deck. I brought Alex & his team at the service department a replacement blade and asked them to check out the mower. Luckily for me there was no damage aside from the blade. Not only was the blade replaced within an hour or so, they didn’t charge me... You do not see customer service like this let alone someone helping another person out like this any more. I thought I’d be dropping around $100 for a replacement and diagnostic. Just bought a Stihl backpack blower! As soon as I got there, the manager went over all the selections. Then let me try them on to see if they would fit ok. Then let me try it out, start it. I'm amazed at the incredible customer service! That's why they're the best in town! Where else would you get this kind of help? The prices also, beat all the others.
