I'm completely dumbfounded and frustrated with the way the service department handles their customers. I went by there shop in Athens and talk to a guy , I was wanted a new tractor, I Ask him about the one I have will they take it in as a trade he said yes, make a long story short, they offered me $1500 for my tractor , but they wanted $26500 for one of there. I said if I new my tractor was junk I would trade it to you , but I have over $5500 in it , I didn’t like what the guy said to me , they think this way what you got is junk worth nothing, but what they got is priceless, , I would call around other places before buying t... read more
I bought a JD 1025R tractor that was to be in good running condition. When we got it the battery was dead, when you turned the 4 ways on a fuse blew, the park brake linkage was broke and the brake would not lock in, the air filter bracket was broke, and none of this was told me just that it was a good running tractor.
