I had a portable generator that I could not get to start. Called and spoke with Bryce who was the most knowledgeable and professional person I spoke to while calling all over Jacksonville for someone to service this small engine. He told me to come by at my convenience, they charged me a very fair price and Pat in the back had it done in about 1 hour. Candice Moody was the best. I bought a new UTV and Candice made the experience great. She even washed, cleaned and delivered it. No heavy sales pitch. Just great customer service
They have sold us a used mower at full price which required calling their general manager to fix. They recently have given us back our equipment multiple times broken just for us to turn around and return them.(poor quality control repairs) They never call when parts are ready for pickup, it always requires us calling just to hear yes it’s ready .
