Tried to buy a new zero turn and trade mine in. Didn't have much selection. Took half a day to get me a price on units and still never received offer for my trade. Had me at the dealer with my trade and an empty trailer and couldn't get me #'s. I ended up buying one 3 days later 40 minutes away.
I can't believe this place is still open.. They have the worse sales people there.. Then you want to talk about parts service its a joke... we tried to by zero turn lawnmower from them the service was a joke... We bought zero turn 21 yrs ago at the home &garden show in Cleveland those people was so nice up there. Went out of there way to help us..Went to the place in Midvale to get oil filter back then service parts was joke has not changed still is today.. Unfortunately we purchased a lawnmower somewhere else...
Great place to shop
I was looking for a big tractor (90-100 hp). I went to Clay Hershberger at AgPro New Philadelphia. Within a month to 6 weeks, Clay found a tractor that will do the job. The transaction was so smooth, I would recommend Clay. Clay also sold us a Gator about 3 years ago. It didn't stop there with Clay. We also bought a Stihl battery chainsaw, Stihl battery pole saw, and a Stihl battery weed-eater. Clay made all the sales smooth. He also did a follow-up. He is a great person to work and deal with. Thanks Clay. 😊
Tom and the technicians at Ag-pro new Philadelphia ohio are top notch. Had a issue with my pto inside the transmission. Something broke off. They picked up my 1023e and had it fixed and delivered back within 2 weeks. I've dealt with another dealer before this, and wasn't happy. My future tractor purchases will be from this dealership from now on. A+
