Three trips out and they still couldn't diagnose the problem with my furnace. 5 days without heat. Called another company and they had it up and running in less than an hour. Update: he couldn’t fix my furnace. He kept me waiting all day and finally showed up after 9 p.m. He never fixed anything and thinks he did me a favor by only charging me $80 without actually fixing anything. Totally incompetent and dishonest in my opinion.
