My family and I have had a great experience with this place. The application process was very easy and the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. When we moved in we put in a maintenance request and they contacted us right away and were able to come the same day! My family and I love our new place! Nothing but good things to say about this place. Thank you guys!
Worst agency to work with by far. They will force you into a lease renewal 9 months before your lease ends, they never fix anything wrong with the house, they raise rent constantly with no notice, they invade your privacy constantly, and they belittle you and disrespect you as a tenant. I’m a college student and the unit to avoid is on 16th Ave. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY.
