I paid them and they couldn’t get my title completed. I had to do all the work myself, I admit it was complicated, but when I requested the fees I paid for my registration back as a refund (not their fees), because I had to pay them again. They wanted me to go back to over many months of their failed attempts to prove I paid it (even though it’s in their records).
