Sad, sad..not even really worth the 1 star. After all the years of going to The Pub and supporting them it saddens my heart they have fallen to this level. Yes times change and people go but, the cleanliness of a restaurant, friendly staff that can at least greet you in the food service industry shouldn't ever leave. I don't have a problem at all with waiting on food but, I do have an issue with cleanliness. So with that said I sure hope you clean it up Pub before ya really lose out on a supportive Community.
I have tried The Pub, which used to be ran great by Cameron, twice since he left. Both times my service was terrible sitting and waiting for 15 mins for service at my table, food made incorrectly, rude hostesses. Nobody looks friendly when you enter. Tonight I went again and tried and as expected rude hostesses, I was sat with my two children four tables were sat after me, all four were served, and we still had not see a server. Extremely poor experience. Sat for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then waited another 25 minutes for them to tell us they ran out of dough for the pizza. Not very apologetic either.
Just went there around 730 and waited to get serverd for 15 minutes finally ordered and about 20 minutes later told us they were out of dough for pizza
The pizza was amazing and the atmosphere was equally as good. Everyone working was friendly and on top of things.
It was a lovely atomosphere ate outside and such a beautiful view. The waiter was very nice. I would definitely go back s nd recommend friends to go. 100% good food
