Brought my son here for dinner last night and was completely in shock at the service. We were seated right away, which was great. My son ordered a chocolate milk. The waitress brought him a Dr. Pepper. Mind you, my son is 6. I don't allow him to drink soda. She took the Dr. Pepper and said she'd bring him a chocolate milk. After refilling my water twice (after being asked) and watching her go in and out of the restaurant, she stopped by to let me know she'd go to the bar to get his chocolate milk. The service is horrible. We’ve been coming here for awhile now and every once in awhile the service is actually good. Tonight was the last straw. Got seated in the dining area and no one came up to us, sat there for 20 minutes and no one approached us at all, not even to get our drink order. The pizza at this place is good, but I’m so sick and tired of the horrible service. Sorry Alton you lost a very good customer that lives just down the street.
My 1st time here at Afton Pub & Pizza And the service was Great Drinks were awesome Alisha and Jo Jo are the Best! Love these 2 Ladies took very good care of me. I'll definitely be back!
Our go to place over the years. Ups and downs over the years. Great staff, steady quality, will continue to enjoy !
