Bikram hot yoga is NO JOKE! I will no longer under estimate yoga!! Cause it WILL kick ur behind... extremely challenging!! A workout like NO OTHER! I can now say that i check this off of my bucket list!! La Shonda and Brooke, y'all ain't ready! ... or are y'all? ...veronica is waitin!!
