Afterglow has a very friendly staff and I LOVE the atmosphere. I experienced my first hot yoga-fusion class with Ms. Shawn and it was intense but I feel great. I definitely recommend this studio.
Fantastic addition to your weekly workout routine. I was weight training 5 days a week and ended up with an injury. PT pushed me to try yoga to improve mobility, flexibility and core strength. Best decision I ever made. Give it 30 days...you will be hooked! Thank you Afterglow!
Great studio, relaxing environment and friendly, helpful staff! I did prenatal yoga here and I would HIGHLY recommend! It was great for my pregnancy, stretching, breathing, relaxing and nice to meet other soon to be moms!
