I had my first appointment at the Gardendale location two weeks ago, scheduled for 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, I waited two hours for the doctor to arrive due to "rain." While this delay was both frustrating and unprofessional, I rescheduled the appointment as a phone consultation to move forward. This was my first time visit couple of weeks ago and everyone i talked to seemed really nice and sweet diffenenlty be going back there
I will start with saying that Dr. Hudson is a wonderful, caring doctor. However, ever since he change from Grandview his office is very unprofessional. The billing department does not have a clue what they are doing. They have tried billing myself and others for services rendered years ago when he was at Grandview. To note these services were paid in full. When I tried calling the office to provide this proof of payment they refuse to talk to me about it and never return my calls. Highly recommend!! Very easy to make an appt, they take insurance, and the whole experience is comfortable.
