My mom came in twice, got great care from Carol and Sarah. Quick, efficient and caring. Highly recommended.
What an epic waste of time. I was told but the grand valley health West doctors office in parachute the best option was the after hours clinic in rifle so we drive to rifle. To be told they cannot help and there is a sign outside that lists what they do see patients for. Completely unhelpful response and she's lucky I walked away when I did.

Absolutely atrocious front office and very little attempt was made to see if my insurance was accepted and told me I had to look it up. She had a pretty bad attitude from the start, so y’all should look into maybe hiring some people that have customer service skills for positions that deal with the public.
