The staff ia usually fast, thorough and efficient. My two boys were in great spirits even though sick. Docs have a great bedside manner and so did his staff.Yes, I usuaĺly am helped greatly, didn't feel heard because I was told I have acne and not an infection from my barbers haircut. What a great resource for parents! My daughter's pediatrician couldn't get her in same day and I found After Hours because our issue was urgent but not an emergency. The whole process was easy and quick. They got us in at our appointment time. Everyone was so kind from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor. Thank you so much!

We love this after hours! Kristen is amazing, she’s quick, kind and efficient. My son had a headaches and she recommended getting eyes checked and sure enough needed glasses. We came in a second time and within seconds she had him diagnosed. Prior to these when we came in for other illnesses the clinic had been kind and we are taken back quickly.
This was a complete waste of money. We paid almost $100 for the visit. They did his height, weight, and vital signs. Then we waited forever to see an ARNP who didn't even assess my sick grandson's throat. They told us it was probably just a virus. They didn't test for anything. We ended up in the ER the next day. They checked his throat and tested for RSV, Covid, flu, and Strep. He had strep throat. Had they done a rapid strep test, we could have saved the ER bill and the added trauma to this poor sick toddler. We won't be b... read more
