Medical care is getting ridiculous. They are now too lazy to help me check in my children. I came to this hospital from Presbyterian because I didn’t have to deal with all the extra nonsense of online stuff. It’s too complicated. They are now officially too lazy to check patients in. I will be changing hospitals now
Great place with great care that my children receive
They recently changed their check-in process and it’s stupid and too long. It asks the same questions multiple times. We just got back from an appointment and the front desk lady was extremely rude, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get her name. But she told me she couldn’t check me in at the front desk and I had to do it from my phone. She said she wouldn’t do it from her computer. The doctor's (Dr. Sena, I believe) demeanor seemed uninterested and almost annoyed to be there. He had a flat affect. Maybe it's just his personality, but I was surprised he would be a pediatrician because he didn't seem like he liked kids and didn't even talk to my daughter. He didn't explain what he was doing to her or try to make her feel better like most pediatricians do. I think he half smiled like once and he barely looked at me while talking. Been going here for almost 4 years the 4 year course keep seeing different doctors not the same dr rude appointment lady’s and some rude doctors
