They refused medical attention on my child his ear is bleeding out i told them that they couldn't make an exception considering he is a patient there i also asked since they refused to see him if they can prescribe him an antibiotic they denied that aswell the front desk lady was extremely rude she told us to go to presnow knowing the measles are going around what is the point of saying after hours if you guys can't see a child ridiculous also they never take my sons medical conditions seriously he always has infections in e... read more

Waste of time! I waited 20 minutes to schedule an appointment for my son because this is what pops up when I look up urgent care for pediatrics just to be told they don't accept new patients? Sounded like it was an actual doctor's office not an urgent care!

We had a really good first visit here in the late evening for my sick child. The nurse and doctors were kind, compassionate, asked lots of questions, and we were so happy we didn’t have to wait too long for anything including in the lobby. Wanted to share our positive experience and we will definitely be back for well and sick visits. Thank you!
