This medical practice is a god send! Fantastic staff, excellent hours, overall amazing place. We drive way out of our way to bring our kids here in the event they need to be seen and have never been let down in over 2 years. Thanks!!!
On January 10th, we visited the office around 8:15pm. The front doors were locked during office hours (open until 9) and we had to stand in the cold and bang on their window in order to get anyone to open the door. The receptionist "acted" surprised that it was locked. Additionally, the receptionist handled our billing very unprofessionally. I am not sure what we would do without After-Hours Pediatrics. They are always very friendly and caring and both of my kids have been there for all kinds of issues. In a family with two full time working parents this place is a life saver. Going to CMH is the other great option after hours but that experience typically takes 2 hours or more so if you have something minor to treat and need to get in to see someone during "off" hours this is a great option.
