I was very disappointed in the lack of care that my son recieved Friday evening. Due to that lack of care, he ended up in the ER this morning.
Fast friendly service, received my sports physical for high school golf.
Excellent hours, personable and the staff is engaged. Dr. Smith provided me with quality care and preventative medicine catered to my needs.
Took my little guy in and he was screaming up a storm because he wasn't feeling good. :( All the staff was extremely patient and calm with him, they got him to relax so they could check him out. The best part was we were in and out quickly and able to get right to the store for his meds.
So. I have to say I will never return. Brought my son in last Monday for a potential bug in his ear! Dr says she saw it and had the nurse do a flush to try to get it out. After about 2 Minutes, he had the Dr come check again and even though nothing came out she said "well I don't see it now, looks like just an infection." Really?? He was still complaining about his ear and I couldld visibly see something so I took him to Dr. Radgens...who pulled out a beetle! HIGHLY frustrated with urgent care. Dean and I met Dr. Smith yesterday and are very happy! Accomplished, personable, interested, listening, fun and affirming. Helped make us feel good about where we are in our health. Dean said, "we found our new home".
