Customer service was fine, but every time I go the outcome is not very well. Paid $40 for a blowout and came out with a bunch of frizz and no style to it. My appointment took over an hour to complete and I feel like I have to go home and redo my hair. Disappointed
The girl who did my hair was nice but has no knowledge of how to style extensions … I have tape ins and they just blow dried my hair no brush just straight down left them humid and wanted to style … did not polish hair with a brush had to tell her and she just passed it trough the top … I will not go there with extensions … I wanted to get the membership because it’s a hassle to do my own hair but it’s def a No
The place was clean and smelled nice but that is as much as I can say that’s good about the place. I went in for a hair cut.. I have curly hair , up to my waist. What I wanted was short layers with shape in the back and face shaping bangs. What I got was chopped uneven layers with horrible bangs. CRYSTAL my hairstylist said she had 15 years experience and has dealt with curly hair. But judging by the work done and how she diffused my hair I don’t trust that she was telling the truth. I was there this week for the first time and absolutely loved the service I received!! Renata did an awesome job with my blow out. I got so many compliments on my hair that night and can't wait to go back!!
