I went in for a wash and braid down. I unbraided and detangled my hair before I came in (I always do this) and pre poo’d The stylist washed my hair and I could barely feel her hands. It felt like she was afraid to get to my scalp. Somehow my hair was more tangled than before I left my house. Rose gave me a detox/retwist/style on my locs and I have a sensitive scalp but she’s always gentle on my hair and makes me look beautiful. And I love the natural products that she has as well.
