I wish i could give Zaenot 0 stars. I got my hair braided by her, and about 30% of the braids fell out 10 days after I got them done. I had to take them all down. It was the day I had graduation pictures, so I reached out to her to see if she could braod the fallen pieces out. I called her over 10 times, sent countless messages, but it took her over a week to reply. When she did reply, she pretty much blamed me🤦🏾♀️ How is it my fault that the braids just kept falling out?
