Great job!! If you are looking to get your hair braided and it turn out very professional and not take all day , I suggest you go here. I personally do not mind the braiders speaking in French to each other. My micros were done in 3.5 hours with two braiders working on my hair and the turned out great.
Attitudes Are Horrible I went to the place actually Yesterday.. Everything was GREAT until the end.. I was touching my hair trying to get it out of my face and the Lady Yelled at me in French.. and Pushed my hair back so I couldn't touch it. She and the other workers then started talking about me in French.. I personally don't know French, but I could tell they were talking about me!!! They have nasty attitudes and are very rude!!! I got home and my hair started to unravel and one came out!!! 180 Is worth WAY MORE then what ... read more
Waited too long I went there today and there were 10 people waiting, but only three braiders were ready to work. They had to call other braiders to get up and come braid head. Where they do that at? Aint nobody got time for that. I waited for one hr for braiders to come and noone came in and then I walked out. One good thing was the receptionist was very sweet and trying to explain that the other workers were coming. I come to work on time ready to work everyday.
Beauty Salon Our daughter has used them multiple times and is satisfied with the results. The micro braids looked good, however, as the bill payer, I think they are very expensive. So decide how important it is and what you want to spend.
Don't do it! I repeatedly asked for them to NOT put a part in my hair, for the braids to go straight back. They said, "They'll be no part. Don't worry. We have been doing this for 18 years. We know what we're doing". When it seemed like they were forming a part I said, "I said no parts!" They said, "You must have never gotten box braids before. Just let me braid your hair" and "All box braids are like this". I asked her to braid my hair going back and not the sides and she says, "I can't braid like that". After thirteen odd ... read more
Lousy Customer Service I have read some of the comments posted about this business and I have to admit that I agree. I went to the shop on Capital Blvd. I was there along with 3 other women when they opened the doors. They allowed us in and just left us standing there without acknowledging us for a good ten minutes. Then someone whom I assumed was the manager came and opened the register and asked the first lady in line what style she wanted and the next and so on.
