I have enjoyed coming here for many years My family of 4 visited yesterday, Saturday May 20th. Again, like all of my previous visits, yesterday's visit was very pleasant and enjoyable for all of us. The boys got to touch a snake :) My only complaint is the line to enter the park took sooooo long. With only a handful of cars in front of us .... waiting 25-30 min seemed extreme and inefficient. Please look at making this better and an easy 5 stars.

The animals were awesome. The ticket booth employees, not so much. If you tell people that your side is closed and to get back in line, then don't help the next car that pulls up to your window not even a minute later. Diana was rude and tried telling us "well if I knew what you wanted." No, we couldn't tell you because you didn't even give us that chance. I don't know if I would go back or recommend this place to anyone purely based on the customer service.

I love this park. Waiting doesnt bother me. I love avalanche!!!...he was a little dominating with the other bison. But all in all the kids had a blast. Definitly worth your time!!!

So much fun!!!! The kids loved it even tho they screamed and were slightly scared after they animals suck their heads in the car! So hilarious
