My daughter and I try to go every year and this year we are taking my 2 grand kids to see the animals we love it and see something new each time we go

Such a great experience! We came on our tail end of our vacation and man I so glad we did! We will come back again! The only disappointing thing was in their website they advertised private feeding of giraffes for $20 extra and they were not offering it anymore when I arrived; stating these giraffes were not trained. I was really looking forward to that so my recommendation is to take it off your website til you train them. But other then that loved it and would recommend any animal lover to check it out.

Our son won tickets from our local radio station. We went early right after they opened and the animals did flock around our car making it slow to move. But, all of the animals seem very smart to try not damage the car. They may have just been hungry so, could be less flocking later in the day? Still it was THRILLING! The kids had a great time!! We also enjoyed the walk through. Make sure to get video of the monkeys, we watched it over and over after we left. :-) Really fun experience;great memories.

One booth open cars lined to exit road. Guy told several cars to go around and pay at gift shop. Once we parked and went in clerk needed password for credit card machines. 40 minute wait. No one could pay unless you had cash. 1 working toilet in women's bathroom for ENTIRE park. Poor service.

I would not recommend paying full price for the tickets, it is most assuredly not worth what they charge. Go to groupon and get the tickets discounted. We had 4 VIP tickets and each ticket was supposed to cover admission, one cup of food, and a camel ride. The attendant at the ticket booth would only give us 1 cup of food and only 3 camel rides. The prices in the gift shop were great, the monkeys when you first walk in were very entertaining, and the staff was nice, I loved it when the animals (deer, bison, etc) would come right up to your car and stick their heads in for some food. They were all gentle and sweet. But because we were in that area for so long we ended up feeding them all of our food.. so when we finally got to the mid way food station we bought 2 lbs of carrots and some leaves (they said the giraffes loved them and I came here specially for the giraf... read more

Had a nice time, but pretty expensive for what you get. Kids had a blast feeding deer and buffalo, but that was about all there was. No ostrich, giraffes were gated in along with the zebra. Changed from last time I was there.
