The place was crowded. Called to make a appointment. Got there and was told i had to wait 2 hours
If I could do no stars I would they were rude and nasty to me .. I called and asked if she could do a specific style I wanted ..sent her a picture she assured me she could.. cool we agreed on 200 no problem I get to the shop she tells me it’ll be a extra 40 for length which she did not say on the phone ..cool then she starts braiding it looked terrible and not and remotely close to the style I showed her .. NEVER AGAIN. No stars. The worst place to get your hair done. The company violates people personal right/s. The manager is nasty and rude and this is from a regular customer who has even brung money into the company. Manager was upset I was pregnant and didn’t want to take pictures after which if y'all getting paid for a service, you should have the same protocol. Tried to dictate and bully a pregnant woman Police enforcement was notified.
