Wonderful! If you want something uniquely African, this is a great place to go. They have beautiful outfits, artwork, statues and other art that is well worth the investment. PROS: Plenty of stock CONS: Not the best location
These guys are a scam! Never received my order. Have tried multiple forms of contact. They will not respond at all. They are thieves 100%
Just a terrible mediocre business. Poor respomsiveness, unreliable, dishonesty with customers. Is there a limit how long these scammers can defraud the public?

I tried ordering from this company. They never sent the product, would seldom answer the phone. I was told to ask for Raymond. After speaking with him, he would promise the send the product but never did. The amount total was over $200. Always promised to give a refund but never did. Because of my location my only recourse it to advise anyone thinking of using this company is to stay clear and to look for a honest business. This one is not! Customer service is horrible. I would rate it as F- !
I ordered an item two months ago and I have not received it. I have left voice messages that have not been returned and the phone is never answered. I will never use this service again. I called the store in Houston and spoke to someone that offered to get the item but why should I pay twice. I will not use this store again.
I am sorely displeased with African Imports. I ordered DVDs back in August 2011 and I have not received anything yet. The payment for the items cleared my bank account approximately two days after the order. I have called this business to no avail. With this type of customer service I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Horrible! – I really wish that I could give no stars! I've had the worst experience with this company. They have taken money from me twice. Run, run, run in the other direction or else you'll most likely never see the item, they will charge you for no reason, or you'll get the item, but only weeks later after threatening them over and over again
