Would not return my deposit after miscommunication occurred. I had booked the appointment through their website for a "Small Size Fulani Braids" and then texted if they were able to do wash/blow out as I am not from Toronto. She asked what I would want done and I described it again in the text. She said she would be able to and then we agreed on a time. I came back after not having my hair done for so long and the ladies still managed to not only masterfully untangle it, but to braid it in a way that made it seem so flawless compared to how I came in. I definitely recommend this place to others who want to braid their hair
I was wavering about leaving a review because Paulette (Junie’s mom) was nice and my braids are fine but I just want give my overall experience as I read reviews before and I had some similar experiences as others.
