Michelle is an excellent braider/stylist - her daughter not so much. She doesn't have any manners or any concept of braiding. Likes to talk about clients behind their backs but wants to up the price every time you come in. Take lessons from your mother on how to conduct business. Her work is subpar because she doesn't know how to communicate. I'm done with this shop.
My appointment was paid for In advance appointment was made at 10 A.M and it's 7P.M. And there still not done.
