Naomi was beyond professional! She had great communication and answered ALL of my questions regarding size, color, prices, length of service etc… she offered snacks and refreshments while servicing me. Additionally, she offered Netflix along with a blanket. I truly can’t say enough good things about Naomi and her customer service! Her conversation was welcoming and allowed me to feel safe and cozy while getting my beautiful braids.
Naomi is an exceptional braider! She was so very kind to get me in at the last minute and delivered exactly what I wanted. Her customer service and very sweet spirit made the appointment so pleasant. I’m so very glad to have found her. 10/10!

Naomi is wonderful! She's done a beautiful job braiding my daughter's hair and the box braids hold up beautifully. So grateful to have found someone who does exceptional work and is very kind.
