Overall, I had a good experience! First, I called and was able to speak with the owner who was very knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about my potential experience and outcome. They were able to book me the same day which was MUCH appreciated and even were flexible with my schedule as it changed throughout the day. I had a last minute walk in today, for medium boho knotless and hawa was extremely accommodating. She was very patient and gentle with my hair , she took her time with deranging & parting my hair and also managed to finish my whole head in 5 hours by herself . Great customer service !
Good braiding, but felt judged by the hairdresser for needing the bathroom a few times - she got annoyed because she wanted to finish quicker, which wasn’t very nice. Besides that it was a good experience and knotless braids lasted 6 weeks.
