Extremely frustrating experience. I purchased a kit back in December and still no results or customer service. My account showed “sequencing in progress” for weeks past the expected results window, and I only learned my sample was insufficient after I contacted support myself. Never do I rate businesses with a one star. When I tell you the matriarchal disclaimer is misleading. This was a waste of my money, my time, and my energy going back and forth with their AI customer service bot. Their matriarchal instructions about using tracing the mother's lineage lacks transparency. I went back and forth with them in great length not even insisting on a refund but merely a replacement kit. They offered a 20% discount to do this. Don't believe the negative views, discovering who you truly are is way more important than someone who has a point to prove. I got both of my tests results sooner than expected. Remember people benefit when you don't know who you are because you will be what ever they tell you.
