Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
