Just like you saw in another review here on BBB, Afonso roofing lies about his guarantee. He guaranteed my roof if I chose to use ice and water shield and a year later when I have leaks he keeps dodging me. Its been 25 days since I reached out to him. Every week he says he's going to come but never does, stood me up 4-5 times. He only responds when I contact him through Thumbtack.com because those correspondences are public. This guy Mr Jinyuan, did roof long time ago, 7 years ago, and now he call somebody cleaner roof and damage, and he talk about warranty, he owe money

Since the new roofing was installed, our house is leaking every year. There is no warranty for a roofing job.

Since Afonso installed our new roofing, our house has been leaking every year, and he refuses to fix the issue. We want let people to know that never trust and use Afonso roofing company anymore. They are only interesting to get the money. There is no warranty for any job. It is a totally waste your money and time to hire Afonso.
