I woke up to a freezing cold house. Oh no furnace not working. Who to call? Started looking at reviews and didn't bother calling any other company. I had someone out to my house almost immediately was able to be at work by 11. I loved Kwasi my service tech....what a great guy! Absolutely would recommend this company just based on his customer service skills but I have a feeling the entire company has this same great belief in great customer service. Don't look any further. This company is the one you want!!
They came on Monday started the job said that he would be back Tuesday at 10 am to finish the job but didn't show up called the office at 10:41 they don't know if he is coming. Two more hours go by still no word on when he's coming so I called the office again still no word on when he is coming, finally got a call back at 3:30 he is not coming back until Thursday and when I asked why Thursday she said he's busy the nerve!
