NO ONE ON ONE REPRESENTATIVE SO YOU GET MULTIPLE DIFFERENT REASONS WHY YOUR CLAIM IS DENIED. I WORK IN HEALTHCARE AND EVEN THE STAFF STATED IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE TERMS THEY OUTLINED WHEN WE SIGNED UP. BUT THEN THEY COME BACK WITH ALL THESE EXCUSES. RIPOFF COMPANY, THERE IS NO PEACE OF MIND WITH THIS COMPANY.
