Spoke with Ryan regarding getting an appraisal done in my home. Brian the owner came out a few days later and talked me through the process. Took plenty of pictures of my property and then went to work. They were very thorough and provided comps that were right in the ballpark of what my house is comparable to. I definitely appreciated the quickness and professionalism of both Ryan and Brian.
Highly recommend AFK for Appraisal needs. They were fast and efficient and very professional. Also were more cost effective and quicker with appraisal turnaround than other companies we had reached out to.
