I would recommend AFK to do your appraisal. Brian and Ryan made the process easy. Ryan got things setup and Brian came out on time and was very knowledgeable. We received our appraisal within 24 hours. We were very happy with AFK Appraisal Group.
I highly recommend AFK Appraisal Group. Brian was very thorough and meticulous during the physical inspection. Also, the turnaround time was fast. I received the appraisal on the same day as the inspection. Overall, the entire experience was very positive.
Talk about fast and friendly service! Over the years we have had to do so many appraisals for refinances and tax appeals. This one had to be the most seemless ever! The valuation was as expected and we were satisfied with this group. I highly recommend them!
