I highly recommend AFK Appraisal Group. Brian was very thorough and meticulous during the physical inspection. Also, the turnaround time was fast. I received the appraisal on the same day as the inspection. Overall, the entire experience was very positive.
Talk about fast and friendly service! Over the years we have had to do so many appraisals for refinances and tax appeals. This one had to be the most seemless ever! The valuation was as expected and we were satisfied with this group. I highly recommend them!
