Utilized the services of AFK Appraisal Group when filing for a Real Estate Tax appeal on our home. We had difficulties finding comparable homes for the tax appeal and Ryan's diligence found recent home sales that support our cause. Brian's fair and detailed home appraisal will also serve as our supporting documentation. Ryan was organized, a good communicator, and followed thru on all their commitments. Everything was done as promised. Would strongly recommend.
Ryan and Brian were excellent to work with. Everything was done quickly and responsively including scheduling the home visit, preparing the report, and answering questions. The comps they pulled were appropriate and I agreed with their condition assessment. Very professional.
Brian was wonderful in explaining the process and how what goes into the actual appraisal. He was very thorough and respectful of the property itself.
I called AFK Appraisal for purposes of a tax appeal. I suspected the county assessor had an inaccurate square footage, and that turned out to be true. And they found more appropriate comparables. Brian Frank and Ryan in the office were professional, responded promptly, and I had the appraisal the same day as the appointment. There are no guarantees with the appeal but I now have evidence to include.
