I can't express how much I appreciated the service delivered by AFK. This is an extremely tough time for me as I'm navigating divorce, and needed to fairly buy my spouse out of the home we've spent close to 20 years in. From start to finish it was a breeze which lessened any stress might have felt--start to finish it only took 4 days from contacting them to having paperwork in hand. While a service such as this may not be routine, if you need it, go with these guys.
