It would be better to tell the patient to come in closer to the time of the procedure to eliminate a long, tiring wait.
For me, it’s the people working there that make the difference.
Dr. Ackers takes the fear out of going to the dentist. He is professional, personable and gentle. I'm the biggest scardy' cat in the universe. I went to Dr. Ackers with a suspicious attitude and came out without fear of returning or having any procedure done (hopefully none). His staff is also professional and very kind and understanding. MANY MANY KUDOS to Dr. Ackers and his staff.
Best part is being told what will take place and that is exactly what they did. Friendly and always explaining the next step. Thank you all and yes everything fits great 😊 happy 😊
