Great experience using website and with delivery time and packaging but actual product was not as anticipated. It looked very sleek and sophisticated on the website but finish was amateurish in reality.
AffordableLamps was great to work with. Based on their follow-up with me, I can tell that they are conscientious. They shipped quickly. The price for my ceiling fan was competitive.
Affordable lamps provided great service to me. I made a mistake by ordering the incorrect module and contacted the company for reorder. I was met with professionalism and was told that they would make sure that I had ordered the correct system by contacting the manufacturer.
Help line was very informative. They answered every question and I decided to buy. I am very happy with my Torchaire 52 fan. Works well with Amazon Alexa.
My first experience with the Affordable Lamps company is not great. I placed my order 6/20. My first communication from the company was an email on 7/1, asking me to confirm delivery, or to call within the next 24-48hrs. I called customer support that evening and got a recording to leave a message which I did. Right after that I got a confirmation email my package was just shipped.
