The lamp is beautiful, it came quickly, in perfect condition and a very fair price.
I've had the pleasure of speaking with Mark and Tracey with the plethora of questions I had and was met with prompt, patient and knowledgeable responses every time, from calls, to emails to chats. Mark helped guide me with what items I needed for my lighting remodel and was always there for the endless "one more question" I had. The competitive pricing is a bonus but the wonderful customer service received stands out in a sea of online stores to choose from.
Affordable Lamps' customer service is amazing! Their response time was immediately. Very impressed and will use them again for my lighting needs.
I found the lamps I wanted, and when shipment would be delayed, I was told immediately, with options. I was fine with waiting and I’m very happy with the lamps I received and also the price.
