They installed a water treatment system for me and did an excellent job! It was realized that the water intake was not where it appeared to be (another bidder thought intake was in same place) and it took far more work than expected, and they did this with no additional charge. Professional, left everything as neat as when they came in to do the work. I appreciate their prompt, great service!
Came did a job (resin change) had resin get into house and clog up toilets and shower.Said they would take care of it and made me pay for toilet system float that needed to be changed plus labor that they should not charge me. Told me that the plumbing was backwards and that was the problem. Had them do the replumbing and than when they left saw that there was a leak at plumbing where they did the work. Didn't call them back cause they will show up and charge you for service charge and labor again. What I'm getting at is sho... read more
Made an appointment for 9 am to 12pm. Tech never showed up, when I contacted the office was told he was running late and had to make a delivery to Windemere and they didn't know when he would arrive. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time waiting. I would not recommend them to anyone.
