Don’t let all of the 5 star reviews fool you. They’re slimy dirty crooks here. Just bought a 2018 Crossktrek from them only to find out they charged me $1700 more than the price we agreed on. During negotiations we agreed on $18,200 down from $19,995 which was the sticker price. Only to be charged $80 under the sticker price because they rushed me through the paperwork as fast as they could.
