I was able to walk in and got immediate service. I got the full information on options and his explanation was very understood. I told him what I was looking for and we found it and signed the deal quickly. Was able to leave satisfied.
Needed a Kenmore dryer repair kit called them. They verified that they had one in stock. Came over and picked it up within 15 minutes. Got everything I needed.
We have bought several items here. We bought a small upright freezer for our garage
Bought a Refrigerator and New washer and dryer from here two years ago. We were under the impression we got a warranty on all items. Fast forward our dryer broke and when we went to use our warranty for whatever reason out of the 3 appliances the dryer did not have a warranty. We don’t know where the disconnect happened but our only option was to buy another dryer. Came into the store explained our situation and Reid helped us with a refurbished dryer with a discount that will work for us.
