Clean, affordable, safe, great location, it's more like a home than a hotel Ms.D and Ms. A, are awesome, very sweet ladies, funny, and welcoming. I love spending time reminiscing about my mom with Ms. D... They're very professional too, anytime a problem arose they handled it right away, I recommend this property to anyone looking for a quick weekend getaway, or a long term stay without the hassle of a lease commitment. 10/10 I do Recommend... A lovely place to call home!!!🥰🤲🏽

SUP.\NER SUPER RUDE STAFF.AT LEAST THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO I WAS CALLING BECAUSE I WAS JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH TO DEPOSIT WAS FOR DAMAGES AS WELL AS THE PET FEE SO SHE PROCEEDS TO SAY, MA'AM, I THOUGHT THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY WITH ONE OF THE GUESTS BECAUSE YOU KEPT CALLING BACK AS IF I'M SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND I DON'T EVEN LIVE NOWHERE NEAR THERE.SHE ALSO PROCEEDED TO SAY, MA'AM.THE OFFICE IS CLOSED IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE TONE. This was for an annual 4 day dirt track event in Concord myself and a buddy of mine go to every year in November. This stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The property manager Diedra and staff were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this facility. There are several stores and restaurants available in the area and within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
I have been staying at the Affordable Suites Kannapolis, NC for 1.5 years due to a work assignment and soon relocation. I can honestly say that the Manager Deidre has been accommodating, professional, and courteous. When I needed extra service she and Amy make it happen! Deidre makes living here safe, secure, and feel like home. I can't say enough about her professional attitude and down home character. Each day I am grateful for having selected living here!
